Fryske Helms is a seasoned strategic communication professional with nearly 20 years of industry experience. Throughout her career, she has worked with some of the world's most renowned brands, including Samsung and Edelman.
Most recently, as VP of Global PR at Semrush, Fryske oversaw the development and deployment of PR campaigns that helped position the company as a thought leader in the digital marketing industry. Before joining Semrush, Fryske led strategic PR for Samsung within its corporate practice and mobile division. She spent 10 years prior to that with Edelman, departing there as VP after managing PR programs for clients in the technology and consumer sectors, including CBS Interactive, IMAX, Canon, HP, and more.
Fryske is passionate about using communication as a tool to drive positive change and help businesses achieve their goals. She holds a B.A. in Business Communications from the University of Kansas.
