Formerly the CMO, Director of Investor Relations, and Privacy Officer for 24/7 Real Media (NASDAQ:TFSM), Mark's experience in media, marketing and public affairs with firms such as Ogilvy & Mather and Kearns & West has ranged from lobbying for the "Baby Bells" as part of the Telecom Reform Act of 1994 and testifying before the Senate Commerce Committee on Privacy Matters in 2001 to the summer 1996 re-launch of AOL.com after that company's longest outage. Since founding WIT Strategy in October 2002, he has led strategic efforts on behalf of more than 100 companies, including numerous corporate and product launches, complete company repositioning campaigns, and more successful crisis suppressions than anyone else in the business. A frequent contributor to iMedia Connection, Mark holds a BA in Religion from Haverford College.

Rich worked as a reporter for the Allston-Brighton TAB newspaper in Boston, and his writing has appeared in The Boston Globe, The Boston Herald, and other New England newspapers. A journalist for more than 20 years, Cate Corcoran knows exactly how writers and editors think and what will get their attention. As technology editor at Women's Wear Daily, she wrote about ecommerce and social media. She also has been on staff at MacWeek, InfoWorld and the Wall Street Journal online, where she covered tech stocks and startups during the dot-com boom. Other publication credits include The New York Times Magazine, Business 2.0, Byte, Slate, Salon, San Francisco magazine, Brownstoner and Wired. She has taught social media at New York University's graduate Interactive Telecommunications Program and worked as a cool hunter, identifying trends on the street in New York City. She holds a B.A. in anthropology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Kendall AllenSenior Associate
Kendall brings to WIT Strategy a blended background and credentials as a long-time media and publishing executive; consultant and adviser to business leaders; public speaker, trainer and workshop leader; writer and columnist. A highly regarded thought leader in media circles, among other agency posts, she was a frontrunner on Search Marketing as original executive at one of the first SEM agencies, Fathom Online -- a position that originally brought her to New York -- and then as regional Director of Client Services for iCrossing. She contributes heavily to the industry as speaker, moderator and panelist; a popular contributor to MediaPost, Advertising Age and Marketingland; and numerous advisories. She sits on the Producers Guild of America as national delegate, New Media Executive Council, Vice Chair for the East, and is 2-year retiring Vice President of 212NYC's Board of Directors, where she re-launched the Professional Development series, among other accomplishments. Kendall earned her undergraduate degree at The Ohio State University. She earned a Masters from both L'Universite de Montreal and Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism.

Diane knows media. She's worked at numerous high-profile magazines and her byline has appeared in business and technology titles like Forbes, Fortune, and Business 2.0. Prior to joining WIT Strategy, she helped launch and produce Bloomberg Television's Bloomberg West show. Before that, she worked as an on-staff writer and editor at publications ranging from Wired, the Industry Standard, Brandweek, and Yoga Journal. her knowledge of technology, marketing, editorial, and broadcast gives her a unique understanding of how to help clients in their quest to communicate with their audiences. Diane earned a master's degree in English and American Literature and Criticism from New York University and a bachelor's degree in Literature from Claremont McKenna College.
